We’re pretty certain crazy’s either run the R&D department of Taco Bell or 13-year-olds. Either way, the food chain, which analyzed a burrito filled with Pop candy created the popular taco with a Doritos casing, a taco with a chicken casing, is onto something.
Dubbed the Chocoladilla, this dessert is exactly what it sounds like: a flour tortilla stuffed with Kit Kats. Some locations are testing a version with Twix.
Mashable reported that the testing has been happening since Oct. 5 and will last through mid-November. Based on customer feedback, a variant of this Chocoladilla could roll out nationwide. Taco Bell has served this tortilla deal with chocolate chips up and one full of Nutella from the Philippines. Obviously, they had to up the ante to get ‘Merica.
It’s hard to argue that this particular menu item wasn’t created by someone with hardcore munchies along with a regrettably stocked fridge. So if you don’t reside in Wisconsin and wish to try it, we are pretty sure you will get a chance. Coming to a Taco Bell near you…soon.
